REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@jkn-art.com.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@jkn-art.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care products (including nail products once opened or used)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
