Return Policy
Please find below our Return Policy:
- Returns accepted for 14 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
- Final sale items: 4 collections can't be returned
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. You can return the item within 14 days of receiving order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team in the contact box. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility requirements. If the item(s) meet our requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team in the contact box. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the process for exchanging it.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
